Managed Services – It is a term that is used to describe an infrastructure that is managed for you. Typically, the term is used to describe managing an IT infrastructure in the cloud, but the management of IT systems can be done on-premise, at your location or at a hosting facility chosen by you, depending on your business objectives. Typical Managed Services include Firewall, IVR, PBX, NAS, Web and Email.

Acclaim Telecom Services’ can manage these services for you and provide the bare metal servers needed for the implementation. We will work with you on a solution, build it and ship the machines to you. Alternatively, we can also host the bare metal servers for you and provide you remote access to your solution. The solutions are scalable so you can add additional services as you need them. If you prefer to own your own servers, Acclaim Telecom Services can manage these servers for you as well.
